The deadline for the registration with a lower conference fee for the 14th edition of EYEC is drawing near. Participants registered until 27 October 2025 will benefit from a discounted fee of 165 EUR (690 PLN). Past 27 October 2025 the conference fee will increase to 200 EUR (850 PLN). We strongly encourage you to register now if you plan on attending:

European Young Engineers Conference (EYEC) is living up to its motto for the 14th time being organised for students by students. The professional conference venue provides a necessary level of acknowledgement for our dear guests, and the friendly setting of the event makes our speakers feel appreciated. The Conference itself is based on thematic segments divided into plenary sessions, poster sessions, presentations given by a variety of companies, and presentations given by our esteemed guests from the international scientific community. Each and every presentation will undergo an obligatory evaluation by our scientific committee. Additionally, the Conference publishes an official monograph with articles and abstracts from the participants.
